私はmlabで運がありませんでした。代わりに scipy.interpolate.griddata に切り替えました。それはうまくいくようで、結果はよさそうです。

奇妙なことに、私のマシンでは、出力から入力配列をコピーして貼り付けることは完全に機能します。これは、次の方法で問題が解決することを示唆しています。

lat_new = numpy.round(lat_new, 10)
lon_new = numpy.round(lon_new, 10)

また、最初にそれらを作成したコードを変更できる可能性があることも示唆しています.
