the sales of the PA-API has been shut down and I wonder what that means to me. I like this API but I don't see a possibility to have a own site with a cart and so on.

Is there an API from Amazon that makes it possible to use it for a cart and checkout?

Just generating a cart and lead to amazon for checkout all products would do.
