ProGuard は、設定に関係なく、ソース ファイルから何も削除しません。ProGuard は、コンパイルされたファイルのメソッド/クラス名が難読化されていることを確認し、可能な場合は適切なメソッド/クラスを完全に削除します。

コンパイル済みの Java バイナリには、ProGuard を使用しているかどうかにかかわらず、通常のコード コメントは含まれません。
