テーブル構造が正しくありません。次のものが必要です。

class Results(models.Model):
    word = models.ForeignKey(Word)
    score = models.IntegerField(blank=True, null=True)

その後、このテーブルを削除してコマンドを実行します。

python manange.py syncdb

#blankフォームの検証にこのノードが必要かどうかのオプション

#nullデータベース用のオプション (Null tr​​ue または false)
