ruby-on-rails - レールサーバーが起動しない

Question

バンドルが正常にインストールされましたが、レールサーバーを起動するとこのエラーが発生します。

openssl をインストールして rvm を再インストールして、サーバーを起動しようとしました。rvm 1.8.7 と rails 3.0.10 を使用しています。
