だから私は複数の例に沿って従おうとしていましたが、それを機能させることができません。JSFiddleで試してみましたが、自分のブラウザで何も機能していません。別のウェブサイトから入手できる薬のオートコンプリートフィールドを作成しようとしています。

これらの2つのスクリプトファイルが原因のように見えます。

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.js"></script>
      <script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.8.9/jquery-ui.js"></script>

HTMLはスクリプト終了タグを理解しません..自己終了する必要があります..

これを試して

FIDDLEを確認してください..スクリプトファイルを省略した場合は正常に機能します。
