バックグラウンドで実行し続けるアプリケーションを作成しています。デバイスが MAC とデバッグに接続されているが、切断してアプリケーションをスタンドアロンで実行すると、10 分で終了します。設定がありますか、それともコーディングが間違っていますか?

Apple は、アプリが音楽、VOIP、またはナビゲーションのいずれかである場合を除き、アプリのバックグラウンド処理を 10 分間 (以前はわずか 5 分間) 実行することを許可しています。これらの場合は、Plist ファイルで指定する必要があります。

これが、アプリが 10 分後に停止する理由です。デフォルトでは、Xcode はデバッグ中もアプリを実行し続けます。
