「heroku run rake db:migrate」コマンドで問題が発生しています。「 ! Heroku client internal error」について不平を言います。全体については以下を参照してください。Git push と heroku create は機能しますが (以下を参照)、最終的に rake db:migrate がクラッシュします。

heroku 実行プロセスは、ポート 5000 で Heroku への接続を開きます。ローカル ネットワークまたは ISP がポート 5000 をブロックしている場合、または接続の問題が発生している場合は、次のようなエラーが表示されます。

$ heroku run rails console

rendezvous.runtime.heroku.com への telnet を使用してポート 5000 に直接接続することで、Heroku への接続をテストできます。成功したセッションは次のようになります。

$ telnet rendezvous.runtime.heroku.com 5000

Connected to ec2-50-19-103-36.compute-1.amazonaws.com.

この出力が得られない場合、お使いのコンピューターは当社のサービスへのアクセスがブロックされています。この問題を解決するには、IT 部門、ISP、またはファイアウォールの製造元に連絡することをお勧めします。
