シリアルから USB への接続を介して、Galaxy Tablet とヘルス デバイスを通信させる Android アプリケーションを作成しています。

実装したコードが動かない! OUT通信もIN通信も始まらない

バイトを送信する前に、まずトランザクションを制御する必要があります:
