ソリューションをコンパイルしようとしていますが、dllに関するエラーが表示されます。そのdllを別のソリューションのbinフォルダーにコピーしましたが、コンパイルされません（2番目のソリューションはそのdllに関連しておらず、使用されていません）

DLLファイルは、ソリューションが構築しているものとは異なるシステムアーキテクチャ用にコンパイルされているように見えます。

2つのことを確認してください。

プロジェクトは「任意のCPU」にビルドするように設定されています。これは、VisualStudioのプロジェクトプロパティにあります。

IISは、アプリプールで32ビットアプリケーションを許可するように設定されています。
