Spring Tool Suiteバージョン：3.0.0.RELEASEを使用しています

アプリケーションで使用するために自分の.propertiesファイルをロードしたいので、PropertyPlaceholderConfigurerを使用してみました

application.propertiesが/WEB-INF/ディレクトリにあることを確認しました。

しかし、サーバーを起動し始めると、エラーが発生します。

org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanInitializationException: Could not load properties; nested exception is java.io.FileNotFoundException: Could not open ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/application.properties]

私は何が間違っているのですか？

spring-context-3.0.xsdから

Springリソースの場所としてプレースホルダーを解決するプロパティファイルの場所：URL、「クラスパス：」疑似URL、または相対ファイルパス。複数の場所をコンマで区切って指定できます。locationもproperties-refも指定されていない場合、プレースホルダーはシステムプロパティに対して解決されます。

解決可能な場所を指定してい/WEB-INF/application.propertiesないのは、URL、疑似URL（「file：」や「classpath」など）、または相対ファイルパスではありません。クラスパスアプローチをお勧めします。

/ src / main / resourcesソースフォルダーに新しいapplication.propertiesファイルを作成し、古いフォルダーからコンテンツをコピーすることで、なんとか機能させることができました。また、場所の値をclasspath：application.propertiesに変更する必要がありました。質問があります。このリソースファイルはjarにコンパイルされますか？再コンパイルせずに変更できますか？いいえの場合、外部プロパティをロードする他の方法を共有してください。
