件名とマークをデータベースに保存できるアプリをプログラムしました。私が解決しなければならない最後の問題は、MarksクラスからListViewをフィルタリングして、対応するサブジェクトのみを表示する方法です。

おそらく、DBAdapterでこのようなメソッドを作成し、SimpleCursorAdapterでdb.getAllMarks()の代わりにそれを使用して、選択範囲を渡します。
