Play Frameworkを正しい方法で使用していません：http ：//www.playframework.org/documentation/1.2.5/controllers#params

コントローラメソッドのパラメータは、送信するパラメータの名前と一致します。httpリクエストはパラメータではないため、このようなパラメータを使用しないでください。リクエストオブジェクトはすでに定義されています。メソッドからこのパラメーターを削除してみてください。

もう1つの問題は、ajax呼び出しでjsonオブジェクトに名前を付けていないため、request.params.get（ "user"）のようなものでオブジェクトを取得できないことです。
