mp3 には画像が含まれています。アルバムの画像かもしれません。ffmpeg を使用して mp4 に変換すると、うまくいきません。しかし、画像なしで mp3 を変換すると、成功します。

-vnビデオ ストリームを削除するために使用します。

ffmpeg -i input.mp3 -vn output.mp4
