@PostConstructorから@Asynchronousメソッドを呼び出すと、正しく機能します。

@PostConstruct
public void postTaskManager() {
    serverList = new ArrayList<ServerCalculationInfo>();
    select();
}

コンストラクターから呼び出す代わりに。ただし、クラスには@Startupアノテーションがない必要があります。
