シンプルなクライアント/サーバー アプリケーションを作成しようとしているので、PHP でソケットを試しています。

現在、サーバーに適切に接続するC#の単純なクライアントがありますが、このサーバーに一度に接続できるクライアントは1つだけです(このコードサンプルをオンラインで見つけて、テスト目的で少し調整しました)。
