Heroku でアプリを起動しようとすると、アプリケーション エラーが発生し続けます。これがherokuのログです。アプリケーションを実行するために何ができるか教えてください。プッシャーを実装し、ウェブサイトをローカル ホストで動作させることができます (異なるローカル ホスト マシン間でのプッシャー機能も) が、それ以外は heroku では動作しません。
