URLをURLエンコードしましたが、有効なスキーム（http：//がなくなり、残っているものはhttp%25）がなくなりました。これは、httpライブラリはもちろん、Webブラウザにも読み込まれません。おそらく、クエリパラメータをURLエンコードするつもりでした。詳細については、 http：//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Percent-encodingを参照してください。
