.net - netTcpBinding で WCF を動作させる際の問題

以下は私のapp.configです

何らかの理由で、これを実行しているマシンで WCF サービスにアクセスできません。誰でもエラーを見つけることができますか? netTcpBinding サービスを稼働させています。
