javaこれは、独立したランタイム環境であるターゲットのみのプロパティを追加するためです。ターゲットは新しい環境を指定します（junitターゲットにいくつかのJVMスイッチを設定するときに、システムプロパティも指定する必要があります）。

これを試して：

<junit ...>
    <sysproperty key="properties.filename"
            value="${basedir}/path/path/path/filename.properties"/>
    ....
</junit>

もう1つの方法は、-Dproperties.filename=...毎回キーを使用してantタスクを実行することです（Eclipseの外部実行構成で設定できます）。ただし、欠点は、タスクを実行するたびに（CIビルドやフレッシュチェックアウトなどで）これを覚えておく必要があることです。
