このサンプル ランでは、3 層の ann を使用しています。
1 番目の層には 10 個の入力ニューロンがあります 2 番目の層には 7 個の隠れニューロンがあります 3 番目の層には 2 個の出力ニューロンがあります
隠れニューロンにはシグモイド活性化関数を使用し、出力ニューロンにはハイパータンジェント (tanh) 活性化関数を使用しています。
このテストでは、学習率 0.1、運動量定数 0.01 を使用しています (他の異なる組み合わせも試しましたが、出力にはまだ同じ問題があります)。
以下に示すように、トレーニング アルゴリズムは n 回の反復後に停止しますが、エラーは依然として高いままです。
以下のデータセットをトレーニングに使用しています。また、トレーニング後にネットワークをテストするためにも使用しました。
10 個すべての入力を 0 から 1 の間の値にマッピングすることで、ネットワークをトレーニングしました。単純に、各入力を取得して 5000 で除算し、結果が 1 より大きい場合は、それを 1 に設定しました。出力については、それらを - にマッピングしました。 1 と 1 を 100 で割ります。
ご覧のとおり、出力は異なる入力に対して同一です。
