サイトで連絡先フォームを使用していますが、メールが送信されません。このコードのどこが間違っているか教えてください。
このフォームは、機能していた別のサイトからコピーされたものであるため、どこが失敗したのかわかりません。構文を確認しましたが、すべて問題ないようです。
