[地域と言語のオプション]ウィンドウの[詳細設定]タブのドロップダウンリストで以前のように[ベトナム]ではなく、ドロップダウンリストで[英語（米国）]を選択することでこの問題を自分で解決しました。その後、問題は修正されました。 。
