重複の可能性:
PHPMailer に問題がある

似たような質問がたくさんありますが、どれも役に立ちませんでした。

phpmailer の例で提供されているスクリプトは次のとおりです。

エラーは次のとおりです。 

SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110) 
SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

多くの質問でphp_openssl extenstion、私のサーバーで有効になっているものを有効にすることが言及されました。PHPmailer バージョン 5.1 を使用しています

また、サーバーポート25に問題はなく、単純なmail()機能は正常に機能します
