春は初めてですので、ご容赦ください。

私はこのガイド（http://java2t.com/233/using-spring3-jdbctemplate-rowmapper-to-return-list-of-records/）を見ていました。Eclipseで「通常の」Javaプロジェクトを使用します。動的Webプロジェクトを使用して例をシミュレートしようとしていますが、成功していません。

Tomcatインスタンスの公開/再起動が発生しません。しかし、私のブラウザーに行くと、私のコードは、私のコントローラークラスのこのコード（リストstaffList = staffDirectoryService.viewStaffResults（）;）で例外をスローします。

Autowired Annotation を使用してサービス オブジェクトを注入する

まず... Autowired Annotation をインポートしています

import org.springframework.beans.factory.annotation.Autowired;

Annotation で Service Object を注入します。

private StaffDirectoryService staffDirectoryService;

を注入していないように見えるStaffDirectoryServiceため、 を呼び出すと null になりviewStaffResults()、NullPointerException.

注釈を追加すると、@Autowiredこれを乗り越えることができます。

@Autowired
private StaffDirectoryService staffDirectoryService;
