android - Android で WI-FI による位置情報の取得に問題が発生しました

問題があります。HTC 信じられないほどの場所を取得できません。

LocationManager.GPS_PROVIDER代わりに選択しLocationManager.NETWORK_PROVIDER、GPS がオフの場合、現在は「GPS が無効」でトーストされます。しかし LocationManager.NETWORK_PROVIDER、WiFi の状態に関係なく、使用しても何も起こりません。
