vb.net - デプロイ後に MVC3 が機能しない

Question

現在、MVC3 アプリケーション (Win XP IIS 5.4) を開発していますが、IIS を使用するローカル ホストで問題なく動作します。

IIS 5.4 の Win XP 組み込み PC にアプリを公開して展開すると、次のエラーが発生します。
