JQM (1.2)、Cordova (2.2)、Admob (6.2.1) を使用して Android アプリを開発していますが、広告が表示されません。

adview の高さが常に 0 であるため、レイアウトに問題があると思いますが、よくわかりません。CordovaWebView を使用すると広告を表示できるため、Phonegap と Admob が正しく設定されていると確信しています。
