puts file_path という行を追加しましたが、これは nil であるため、レールはこのファイルがどこにあるのかわかりません。何か案は？

通常、このモジュールはlib/authenticated_test_helper.rb

見つからない場合や他の場所で入手できない場合は、そのファイルに空のモジュールを作成してから、徐々に実装またはスタブすることができます。

ただし、Rails 3 にアップグレードする予定がある場合は、別の認証フレームワーク (Authlogic、Devise) を選択する必要があります。Rails restful_authentication3 では動作しないようです。

PS: のコードdependencies.rbは役に立ちません。定数からファイル名を派生させるコードが含まれているだけです（=あなたの場合はモジュール）authenticated_test_helperロードパスに名前が付けられたファイルがないため、単に失敗します。
