LINQ では、ほとんどのコマンドで遅延実行が採用されています。そのデータベースにクエリを送信する前に、実際にデータを呼び出すまで待機します。ここでは、contactInfos から何かを取得しようとするときまで、これらのすべてのクエリが延期されているように見えます。

.ToList() をどこかにスローするなどして、実行させて、そうでなければ SQL で行われるネストを削減しようとします。

編集:コメントによると、最初のクエリでエラーが発生しているように見えるので、試してみてくださいwhere id.Contains(accountsitemapping.ACCOUNTID)。
