これは、Try It Editor のバグである可能性があります。この行について不平を言っています：

<xsl:for-each select="catalog/cd[price&lt;10]">

「文字「<」は属性値に使用できません」と言っていますが、その方法はまったく問題ありません。別の XSLT エンジンを試すか、回避策として次のようにすることをお勧めします。

<xsl:for-each select="catalog/cd[not(price >= 10)]">

not(price >= 10) は price < 10 とまったく同じではありませんが、この場合は十分に近いです。

"not wellformed" エラーは、XMLSpy コメントの登録商標文字によって引き起こされるエンコーディングの不一致に関係している可能性があります。入力 XML ファイルとスタイル シートの両方からこのコメントを削除してみて、改善されるかどうかを確認してください。
