doctrine - Symfony 2.1-x / DoctrineBundle による Composer ErrorException

composer を使用して推奨される方法で最新の Symfony バージョン (2.1.6、2.1.5、2.1.x-dev) をインストールしようとしましたが、常に同じエラーで失敗します。

今まで検索してもそれ以上の手がかりが得られなかったので、すべてをゼロから作成する必要は避けたいと思います。composer の自己更新機能と上記のすべてのバージョンを試しましたが、インストールは失敗します。PHP 5.3.8でWin7でgit Bashを使用していますが、PHP 5.4.10も試しました
