これは、メソッドがジェネリックと同じ引数をすべて持つ必要があるために発生すると思います。...の引数に追加しますcommon.list()。このような:

common.list <- function(word.list, overlap = "all", equal.or = "more", ...)

同様に、引数として持つcommon.default()必要があります。word.list
