チェックボックスを含む複製可能なdivを作成しています。送信時に、コンソールの元の入力に対して1つの値のみが返されますが、重複の値は返されません。

複製されたチェック ボックスには値が割り当てられていません。複製されたときに値がチェックボックスのネットセットに設定されていることを確認してください

これらのチェックボックスが同じname属性を持っているためです。送信ボタンが押されると、すべてのフォーム コントロール (テキスト ボックス、ラジオ ボックス、チェック ボックスなど) の値がシリアル化され、送信されます。name プロパティは、これらすべてのコントロールに対して一意である必要があります。

コードでは、これらのチェックボックスはすべて同じnameプロパティ (関係) を持っているため、区別できません。この問題を解決するには、これらのチェック ボックスに別の名前を付けます。
