そして実行しないでください..私config.serve_static_assets = falseはtrueに、trueに変更しようとconfig.assets.compile = falseします..rake assets:clean RAILS_ENV=productionそして何も..rake assets:precompile何も..私はしません。

次の行をconfig/application.rbファイルに追加します。 

config.assets.precompile += ['index.css']

herokuで実行している場合、herokuはconfig.assets.initialize_on_precompilefalseになりたいと考えています。たとえば、含まれているgemのアセットをコンパイルするナットに注意します。私にとってこの問題を解決したのは、次のコマンドを実行してuser-env-compilingを有効にすることでした。

 heroku labs:enable user-env-compile -a <application-name>

に設定config.assets.initialize_on_precompileします。trueconfig/application.rb
