  • 時間の動的入力(設定時間)
  • 入力時間から 0 までのカウントダウン
  • o => ループから飛び出すとき

私が知る必要があるのは、それをカウントダウンにする方法だけです。クラスが作成された瞬間にカチカチ音をたて始めるので、ActionListener は必要ないと思います。
