フラグメントは、アクティビティ内のユーザー インターフェイスの一部を制御するためのものです。NFC コードをアクティビティに入れてみませんか? フラグメントで本当に Intent が必要な場合は、Intent が Parceable であるため、Bundle で渡すことができます。
