Web サイトの svc-service を参照すると、次のエラーが表示されます (それが配置されているサーバーで参照します)。Web サイトは IIS7 を使用しています。

エラーの原因と解決方法を教えてください。

例外メッセージが示すように、相対 URI は許可されていません。を削除してprefix="item"、それらすべてを絶対 URI にしてみてください。
