私はアンドロイドプログラミングの初心者です。Fragment を android で学びたいと思い、簡単なプログラムを書いたのですが、これを実行しようとすると、プログラムがエラーになりました。なんで？

MainActivity.java:

XML ファイル内fragment_for_btn1.xml:
