Eclipseをダウンロードし、解凍して実行しようとしましたが、起動しません。ログには、次のようなエラーが散らばっています。

古いインストールも機能していることに気付きました。Oracleもインストールしているので、実際に問題が発生したのではないかと思います。システム変数（Windows XP）からすべてのOracle Java参照を削除することにより、問題が解決したようです。
