これを解決する方法..私を助けてください..

最後に、長い検索の後、問題を解決しました：

Host = "172.**.*.***",
Port = 25,
EnableSsl = false,

Changed host from smtp.gmail.com to "172.**.*.***"(my mail server IP)
port changed from 587 to 25
and set false to EnableSsl

ローカルで機能していました..ローカルサーバーホストを使用して。

次の設定を試してください。

コードで SSL を有効にします。 

smtp.EnableSsl = true;

次のように構成を設定します。
