CHCSVParser (by Dave DeLong) を使用してメール コンポーザー経由でコア データを csv にエクスポートしていますが、行の値ではなくコア データ テーブル名を使用していることに問題があります。

また、「下水道番号」、「マンホール 1」、「マンホール 2」など、特定の順序で並べたい。
