2番目のパラメーターを指定しないjson_decodeはオブジェクトを返します。配列を返す場合は、2番目のパラメーターを追加しますTRUE

これを試して：

echo $facebook["about"];

問題は、配列ではなくstdClassが返されることです。var_dump($facebook)を使用すると、stdClassを配列に変換するには、を使用することができますget_object_vars()。
