I'm trying to format the yaxis on a matplotlib graph using set_major_formatter. The plot is generated correctly, but the ax.yaxis.set_major_formatter() throws a couple of weird errors.
The formatter:
def mjrFormatter(x):
return "{0:.0f}%".format(x * 100)
The code that uses the formatter:
...
ax.yaxis.set_major_formatter(mjrFormatter)
...

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
