multithreading - SpringでHibernateを使用中にエラーが発生しました

Question

次のエラーが断続的に発生し続けます（ほぼ毎回）-

  org.hibernate.HibernateException: No Hibernate Session bound to thread, and      configuration does not allow creation of non-transactional one here
