上記のコードは、最後のステップが欠落していることを除けば、見栄えがします。PHPから何かを返し、アプリでそれを読み取ります。

PHPの出力を、「OK」や「ERROR」などの解析/保守が容易なものに変更することをお勧めします

個人的には、HttpTaskの「OK」を定数にリファクタリングし（読みやすく、保守しやすいように）、ほとんどのHTTPベースのコードをある種の基本クラスまたはユーティリティクラスにリファクタリングして、再利用できるようにします。
