Antlr 4 は直接左再帰を処理できますが、間接左再帰を処理できません。最初のケースでは、"primary_expression" と "logical_and_expression: primary_expression ..." が間接左再帰を形成しました。しかし、現在、antlr4 は 'c' コードを生成できません。
