プログラムでSpring構成を行っています。期待どおりのインジェクション結果が得られないため、ログを調べたところ、何らかの理由で Spring がシングルトン Bean を 2 回生成しています。

Singleton は、Spring コンテナー内の単一インスタンスを保証します。つまり、singletonコンテナーと同じ数のインスタンスを持つことができます (同じ JVM クラス ローダーを使用している場合でも)。シングルトン スコープとシングルトン デザイン パターンとシングルトン Beanのこの回答を参照してください。
