管理者が他のユーザーのアカウント情報を編集しようとしても問題なく動作します。ただし、管理者が自分のアカウントを更新しようとしたとき。このフィールドが変更されたかどうかに関係なく、疾患フィールドは常に空白になります。

他のコードについてはわかりませんが、ビュー内のこれらの行は適切ではないようです。
