Wordpress テーマをテストするために、Win7/64 で XAMPP を動作させようとしています。
私はもともと Apache がポート 80 にアクセスしようとしているときに問題が発生していましたが、構成ファイルをポート 81 に変更するように言われました。これにより、Apache が実行され、localhost:81 で XAMPP コントロール パネルが正常に表示されます。
ただし、現在 MySQL はまったく機能していません。設定ファイルを変更する前はそうだったと思いますが、Apache が起動していなかったので、まだ localhost にまったくアクセスできませんでした。
Windows イベント ビューアーで、MySQL に関する次のエラー レポートが表示されます。
Fatal error: Can't open and lock privilege tables: Can't find file: 'host' (errno: 2)
